Geared Servo Motors

Geared AC Servo Motors are two phase Induction motors with an integral gear box. These motors are impedance protected and hence have the capability to withstand continuous stall. Fast response, instant reversibility and high stall torque are achieved in these motors by using low inertia, high resistance rotor.

The two phases of these motors are referred as the reference phase and the control phase. To operate the motor in the servo mode a fixed voltage is given to the reference phase and variable voltage is given to the control phase at 90 electrical degrees to the reference phase. The speed and direction of rotation depend on the magnitude ( 90° lead or 90° lag) of control voltage. The motor can also be operated reversibly from single phase supply by using a phase splitting capacitor.

Shaded Pole Motor & Geared Motor

These motors are unidirectional economical motors, having compact size and operate with single phase power supply. The basic speed of the motor is 2880 rpm and can be reduced to the required output rpm by integrating a gear box. The motors can be supplied for continuous or intermittent duty requirements.

Universal Motor, Universal Geared Motor

This motor is a AC / DC universal motor, with high starting torque and continuous duty capability. The lamination, communicator, copper conductor and brushes are of the best quality. The armatures are balanced on high accuracy balancing machines. During manufacture the motor is subjected to rigorous inspections at every stage to give a product which is efficient with long life. Motor maximum power - 60W, Maximum Speed 22000 rpm.

Vacuum Pump - Dry Type

This is a vane type vacuum pump, which develops 700mm vacuum. The pump is powered by a 0.25HP single phase motor, which is specially developed to give a powerful vibration free performance. The input materials are certified for quality before processing to give economical and consistent high performance, with a long trouble free operating life.,

Reversible Motor and Gear Motor

The power of the motor is 25W, with 80mm x 80 mm flange and are reversible. The motors are rated for 0.5 hr. intermittent duty, compact in size and has an elegant appearance. The inputs like Laminations, Copper conductor Bearings etc., are of the best quality to give a product of high quality with consistent performance.,

The gear motor consists of a detachable gear head to suite the motor. The gear box is compact, rigid and silent. The gears are hobbed on precision gear hobbers and inspected for all parameters before assembly. It is lubricated for life and does not require any further lubrication. An optional friction brake ensures instant stop..,

Geared Induction Motor

The 200 series Geared Induction Motors are available in 1/8 HP (GIMT 215) and 1/4 HP (GIMT 216) capacities, with single or three phase supply. These motors are available in a number of combinations of gear drives like Worm reduction, Gear reduction or a combination of these two. They are also available in foot mounted or flange mounted positions. The speed range is from 2 rpm to the rated speed of the motor. The motor is manufactured from quality materials which are certified and undergo strict in process as well as final inspection to give consistent performance combined with high efficiency. The gears are hobbed on precision hobbing machines from quality Alloy steel, Heat treated and Stabilized to give a silent gear box. These Geared motors are rugged and will give a long life even under extreme operating conditions.

DC Whipper Motor

This motor is used in Coffee / Tea Vending Machines, replacing conventional AC / DC Universal motors. These low wattage & high efficiency motors are increasingly being used by vending machine manufacturers. Due to its compact size less space is required there by enabling the design of smaller machines

DC Ingredient Motor

This motor operates on 24V DC and is used in Coffee / Tea vending machines. The gears are made from tough plastics to give a silent and long service life. These ingredient motors are light-weight, powerful and highly efficient. Given the compact size a smaller vending machines can be designed resulting in better economy.
